📜 By using BEASTMODE Live, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BEASTMODE Live ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. By allowing your child to use BEASTMODE Live, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

BEASTMODE Live is designed for users ages 8-14. Access is invite-only and requires approval by our team or an invitation from a trusted member. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at any time for any reason.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using an email address and password, or using a secret password provided by an authorized user. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. Each person should have their own account. You must choose a gamer name (screen name) that does not contain inappropriate language, personal information, or impersonation of others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BEASTMODE Live only for its intended purpose: building, sharing, and playing games, and communicating with other players. You must not: (a) Use profanity, hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language. (b) Share sexual, violent, or drug-related content. (c) Threaten, bully, harass, or intimidate other users. (d) Share personal information (yours or anyone else's), including real names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, school names, or social media accounts. (e) Attempt to arrange in-person meetings with other users. (f) Attempt to circumvent our content filter or safety systems. (g) Access another user's account without authorization. (h) Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform. (i) Attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or security weaknesses. (j) Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.

5. Chat & Communication (BEASTCHAT)

BEASTMODE Live provides BEASTCHAT, a communication system including direct messages (DMs) with friends, private group chats with voice, and 1-on-1 voice calls. Communication is restricted to accepted BEASTFRIENDS only — you cannot message or call someone who is not on your friends list. All text messages are scanned by our automated content filter in real time. Messages that violate our safety rules are blocked and logged. Gamer names and group names are also filtered for inappropriate content. We do not monitor or record voice calls, but we reserve the right to disable voice features for any user. Parents can disable chat and/or voice for their child via the Parent Dashboard. You understand that all chat messages are stored and may be reviewed by our team or by the user's parent/guardian for safety purposes. Users can report any message or user using the built-in report system. Message sending is rate-limited to prevent spam.

6. Content Moderation & Discipline

We enforce a progressive discipline system for violations of these Terms: First offense results in a warning. Second offense: 1-hour chat suspension. Third offense: 6-hour suspension. Fourth offense: 24-hour suspension. Fifth offense: 3-day suspension. Sixth or subsequent offenses: permanent suspension pending admin review. Our admin team may also take immediate action (including permanent suspension) for severe violations regardless of prior history. We reserve the right to modify these enforcement guidelines at any time.

7. Games & User-Generated Content

Games on BEASTMODE Live are generated by AI based on user prompts. By submitting a game prompt, you grant Arcade Legends LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the resulting game on the Platform. We reserve the right to remove any game at any time for any reason, including but not limited to content that is inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms. You retain no intellectual property rights in AI-generated game code.

8. BEASTBUX (Virtual Currency)

BEASTBUX is a virtual currency used within BEASTMODE Live. BEASTBUX have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the Platform. BEASTBUX are earned through gameplay and used to build games. We reserve the right to modify BEASTBUX balances, earning rates, and costs at any time. BEASTBUX are non-transferable between accounts.

9. Privacy

Your use of BEASTMODE Live is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at beastmode.live/privacy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Safety, Parental Controls & Data Deletion

Information about our safety measures is available at beastmode.live/parents. Parents can access the Parent Dashboard at beastmode.live/parents/dashboard to: (a) View their child's friends list. (b) Review all chat messages their child has sent or received. (c) See any reports filed against their child. (d) Disable text chat and/or voice chat for their child. (e) Request permanent deletion of all their child's data, including their account, messages, friends, game history, and all associated records. Data deletion is irreversible and compliant with COPPA requirements. The BEASTFRIENDS system limits communication to approved friends only — children cannot be contacted by unknown users. A maximum of 50 friends is enforced. Users who are blocked cannot see, message, or interact with the blocking user. If you have concerns about your child's safety, contact us immediately at privacy@beastmode.live.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

BEASTMODE Live is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated game content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcade Legends LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, safety concerns, inactivity, or platform changes. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Data deletion following termination is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the State of Colorado.
